Visosport's Team Development Staff Socials challenge staff to explore skills they never knew they had by taking part in active games that extend them outside their comfort zone.
In addition, the innovative games challenge standard company hierarchies by non-traditional game structures that require more impulsive and dynamic decision making.
This transfers into the workplace by simulating real-world problem solving. Rather than have a right and wrong answer, staff members are challenged to respond dynamically to each other's decisions, stimulating them to think outside the boxing real time to have a sustainable impact.
