Inclusive Ethos
Visosport is an exciting new sport that includes everyone, whatever their level of background. There is a key distinction between 'Tick Boxing' to evidence inclusion and supporting everyone to feel included and comfortable. There is a focus on creating a positive environment for everyone whatever their level.
Each game is designed to allow everyone success and have an enjoyable time. Many people's first instinct is to highlight how they "aren't a sports person". This is often due to negative experiences in sport and physical activity. Visosport endeavours for everyone to feel comfortable through games that highlight success, rather than constantly comparing against others.
Visosport subtly challenges people at their own level so that everyone has tangible successes. Subsequently, games guide participants to develop fundamental skills and tactical awareness through play and exploration, building confidence, whatever their background. An environment where everyone is valued is fostered to help others flourish. This is the Visosport approach.
